🕰️ How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically process orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

📦 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax).

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—but we’re working on it. For now, we only ship within the United States.

📬 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

🧼 What kind of packaging do you use?

We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging to protect your soaps and reduce waste. Each bar is cushioned and sealed to preserve its scent and integrity.

🚫 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@oldspringfieldsoap.com. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

📮 My package is delayed or missing—what should I do?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, reach out to us at support@oldspringfieldsoap.com. We’ll help you sort it out.

🏠 Can I pick up my order locally?

Not yet—but local pickup in Springfield, IL is coming soon! We’ll announce it when it’s ready.
