Old Springfield Soap proudly ships our handcrafted bars across the United States and to select international destinations. Whether you're stocking up on Sandalwood or sending Black Raspberry Vanilla abroad, we've got you covered.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers:

  • USPS First Class & Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

Average shipping cost: $10.50 Delivery times vary by region, typically 2–5 business days.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer USPS Priority Mail International to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • France

  • Germany

  • Italy

  • South Korea

  • Japan

Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Typical weight-based pricing ranges from $31.00 to $76.00. Delivery times vary, averaging 6–14 business days.

2. ⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Each bar is handled with care—because quality takes time.

3. 📬 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer Standard Shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax).

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can follow your package’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

  • We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible.

  • Your soaps are cushioned and sealed to preserve their scent and integrity.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at cs@springfieldsoaps.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. 🏠 Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
