At Old Springfield Soap, every order is packed with care and a touch of heritage. We want your experience to be as smooth as our lather—so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. 🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re exploring future options.
2. ⏳ Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Each bar is handled with care—because quality takes time.
3. 📬 Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer Standard Shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax).
4. 🧼 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can follow your package’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
5. 📦 Packaging
We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible.
Your soaps are cushioned and sealed to preserve their scent and integrity.
6. ❗ Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@oldspringfieldsoap.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
7. 🏠 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
