We want you to love your Springfield Soaps purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility: You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened soaps, custom orders, or gift sets.
๐ธ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, weโll notify you via email.
Lost items during shipping are not eligible for refunds (Replacement items will be shipped)
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
๐ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
๐ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
