We want you to love your Springfield Soaps purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened soaps, custom orders, or gift sets.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you via email.

  • Lost items during shipping are not eligible for refunds (Replacement items will be shipped)

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
